Everything was fixed but I wish it could’ve been done more timely and professionally. I work long hours so it’s hard to coordinate a good time i was told they would come on my off day so i made SURE i was home and still nobody came for another week. I was very skeptical to whether or not, I would enjoy apartment living again. We love Prentiss Pointe.. We’ve been here almost one year. So far, we have great neighbors who are very quiet. We’ve had a great experience with our maintenance team here. We enjoy having covered parking, and living where the grounds are always kept clean and beautiful. The apartments here are ...large. Having two large bedrooms with two full baths has been a plus. Another problem is that it is hard to get in contact with front office and you often find yourself playing phone tag.
