I’ve lived here for a few years, and the building has noticeably improved over time. The management team is fantastic, responsive, and genuinely cares about the community. Maintenance is always on top of things, any request I submit gets handled quickly and professionally. ?However, the pickleball court has significantly hurt the living experience for me. The loud, persistent popping sound starts right at 7:00 AM every single day, which makes it impossible to sleep in or enjoy a quiet morning ...

in my apartment. ?Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live thanks to the staff and upkeep, but management needs to set stricter hours or soundproofing for the pickleball court to respect residents' sleep.

Office Staff is excellent, so is Maintenance Staff! Really great folks. Neighbors are nice too. Neighborhood is okay… Max station brings many transients (some hang around building in the shade and do debilitating drugs). Building security is available outside office hours, though it can take them a bit to arrive and handle security issues. Lots of great restaurants nearby on Mississippi and the neighborhood is pretty walkable.

Terrible Apartment to Live in

The building has several serious issues that management does not seem to care about. 1. The walls and ceilings have almost no sound insulation. You constantly hear noise from upstairs neighbors and people sharing walls with you — footsteps, conversations, moving furniture, everything. 2. The building is generally dirty throughout the year. Hallways and common areas are not maintained properly. Interestingly, during summer when they are trying to rent more units, suddenly the janitor is cleaning ...

every morning. The difference is very obvious. 3. Homeless people sometimes enter the building. I reported this to the building “security” before, but nothing was done about it. 4. Management is terrible. The new manager, Katelyn, is very impolite and unhelpful. I needed to move out on a Sunday and requested access to the garage loading/unloading deck because my furniture cannot fit through the main entrance. Her response was basically: “We are closed on Sundays. Either move through the entrance door or change your move date to when we are available.” This makes no sense considering there is a maintenance person living in the building 24/7. If tenants are paying rent, they should have reasonable access to the building amenities and moving facilities when needed. Overall, very disappointing experience. Couldn’t stay longer that a year at this property.

Staff is outstanding. Good security company. Studio is the perfect size for one person and a cat. Neighborhood is decent. Parking is iffy - be creative and pray to the parking gods. Some regular urban life happenings. A rare shooting on occasion near the bar. Seen a few rats while out walking.

We have lived here three years. We love our apartment and have become friends with many in the bldg. management has changed many times but excellent security, maintenance, and overall friendly atmosphere has not changed.

I have been living in this property for over three years and the only thing I really like is my unit. But in other aspects it has a long way to go. The neighborhood has become increasingly dirty. The neighbors and people living at the building are not the best. I have been harassed by one of them with no help from the management team. They are constantly changing managers and the new person has no idea of anything happening at the building which feels like starting from zero, not to say she's not ...

helpful. The garbage room is constantly full and it smells terrible and the only improvement has been a couple of tables on one TV on the lobby.
