MUCH IMPROVED!!!
April 11, 2025I moved in Sept 2023. It then lived up, or down, to previous reviews. It is newly remodeled and a great space but POORLY managed. I planned on moving. Then, a new company took over & a new property mgr. took over. Things started improving A LOT. The property was cleaned up, I would see PM Caroline and her team out daily. Maintenance shows up in a VERY timely manner now. I jusr renewed my lease for another year. My only wishes are a larger water heater & on site garages, but a storage place is ...only a few miles away! The location is FANTASTIC! BEST property mgmnt team around!!I moved in Sept 2023. Absolutely sickening

August 9, 2021We have lived here for almost a year now, and we will NOT be renewing it. It’s not worth the price at all. Maintenance doesn’t come and check anything out. We have put in MULTIPLE work orders and nothing has been done. The office staff doesn’t listen to your needs. The trash is constantly piled up and it’s never cleaned up. The doors are so worn down that outside bugs keep coming in and they won’t do anything about them. Pest control is almost never out here. There are multiple problems with the ...apartments and it’s like they don’t even care. Talking to my fellow neighbors they also have the same problems so it’s not just us. THE WORST
June 12, 2019I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bugs and pest control doesn't show up even though a note is put on your door saying they will. No parking after 8pm. Poor maintenance, worse office staff and they never open the pool. Garbage is constantly piled up. I could keep going but won't.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
February 24, 2019Maintenence is slow to respond (if at all), power goes out on a consistent basis for no reason, random alarms go off for hours with no one coming out to check/fix the problem on the weekends, constantly new staff, and they are never in the office. The residents are loud and there’s a lot of late night activity including fights, honking horns, and drug deals. The office will send out warnings and promises of improvement, but nothing changes. July 27, 2015I've lived here 1 year in September I wouldn't say it's the worst place to live but it's definitely not the best. For the price it's an okay deal but all summer the pool has been closed & the office doesn't really give a reason why. I've had two leaks that I've said something about twice now & they keep saying they will send someone & haven't. They sent out flyers saying there has been people breaking into cars in our apartment complex which I do like how they warned us but I feel like that's why ...we have a courtesy office to prevent this from happening.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
