I moved in Sept 2023. It then lived up, or down, to previous reviews. It is newly remodeled and a great space but POORLY managed. I planned on moving. Then, a new company took over & a new property mgr. took over. Things started improving A LOT. The property was cleaned up, I would see PM Caroline and her team out daily. Maintenance shows up in a VERY timely manner now. I jusr renewed my lease for another year. My only wishes are a larger water heater & on site garages, but a storage place is ...
