I’ve lived at this property for almost 5 years now. The management and staff are always smiling and helpful. The maintenance team responds promptly. The area is kept tidy and my neighbors are pretty chill. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon because I don’t want to miss any of cute and fun resident events! The snacks are always top tier!!

I’ve had a good experience living at Preserve at Colony Lakes. The office staff is always friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance usually responds quickly when I submit a request. The community is kept up well, and I appreciate how the team communicates with residents about what’s going on around the property. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live, and the staff does a great job taking care of the community. Best part for me is no drama, very quiet, and safe environment.
