Beautiful and peaceful

really nice place
July 30, 2024we moved out for the first time ever in november. we were aiming for a safe, cozy place to figure out how to adult and this complex is exactly that. everyone is friendly, the amenities are always clean, spacious, and never too busy. it may be a bit pricey but it’s really worth it. i love that it’s a gated community and i don’t have to worry about getting mail or packages when im alone or when its night. the kitchen set ups are also my favoriteProperty Manager Responded

Bad experience
March 22, 2024While it is common to encounter issues while living in apartments, this has been my least favorable experience. I have resided in the complex for over two years and initially found it to be satisfactory, however, my experience has been unsatisfactory since December of 2023. Despite making consistent attempts to seek resolution by calling the courtesy officers, communicating with management, and personally communicating with my neighbors, the issue remains unresolved to date. My interaction with ...the leasing office in February left me with no option but to consider moving out. Unfortunately, the situation has not improved, and I have yet to receive an update or (even the runaround). Therefore, I do not recommend these apartments, (in my case the Laurel floor plan), unless you move to the very top floor.Property Manager Responded

Perfect Nook in a Quiet Place
February 6, 2024You would think in the hustle and bustle of Columbus Park Crossing, this would be a noisy place. But it's tucked in a place where noise is minimal. The amenities are nice, including a pickleball court. Staff members are helpful and the maintenance crew, including Steve, is top notch. They always get to your needs right away. My dream place come true

Shady Management
November 25, 2019Nice apartment, located in a good part of town. But the management is shady. Recently moved out and during our move out inspections, we were told that our apartment had no damages outside of normal wear and tear, like scuffs on walls that would be repainted prior to a new occupant. We opted in for the cleaning fee, which is $175, and requested that it be taken out of the security deposit and the rest returned to us. Well, two days later, we get a call from the property manager stating that the ...carpets had extreme wear and tear, and that the deposit wouldn’t cover the repairs to carpet.
