July 24, 2024i lived here for almost two years and saw different management nearly every month it felt. maintenance was barely ever done. my tub always flooded with greywater. painted cabinets and counters with god knows what type of paint. the pictures don't show how run down the hallways are. not to mention it felt the pool was always closed. the community grills were filled with trash as well and the dog park gate is broken. owners also don't pick up after their dogs at all. there's garages but you can't ...rent them. washers always seemed broken and not fixed when they were mentioned. the hallways between units were run down awfully as well. lastly, a ton of bottom units were flooded and they STILL haven't fixed them. so if you end up with a bottom floor unit be warned it is NOT move in ready and probably has a ton of mold. please avoid even if you think it would be better with the new management. do not rent at ALL unless you have literally nowhere else to go.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 7, 2024My apartment its self is beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious. Now like any apartment the building has its flaws but overall I love the place I now call home. All the old reviews y’all read are just that OLD. So don’t be afraid to come see for yourself if your looking for a new place to call home.Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2023The picture you see is NOT what you get. They stink enough to make you gag, repairs are never made, many appliances don’t work and good luck getting someone to come fix it. There is always trash in the parking lotReview from Apartments.com
