March 24, 2026My experience at Preserve at Hanover Park has been truly positive. First of all, I really love the location—it’s very convenient and easily accessible, which makes everyday life much easier. The apartments are brand new, and you can notice it in every detail. Everything feels modern, clean, and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere from day one. Without a doubt, one of the strongest highlights of this place is the staff. Kourtney and Michel are exceptional—always attentive, ...kind, and ready to help. No matter the situation, they always find a quick and effective solution, which brings a lot of peace of mind. I also have a baby, and as many parents know, safety is a top priority. In that sense, this place truly delivers—it’s a safe, quiet environment, perfect for families. February 17, 2026I just wanted to say that the apartment community is beautiful, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how everything comes together once it’s fully completed. The progress so far looks great! I did want to share a small concern. I’ve noticed that not all residents are picking up after their pets, which has made it difficult to walk comfortably in the grassy areas. I know this can be a common issue in pet-friendly communities, but I thought it would be helpful to bring it to your ...attention. Maybe additional reminders or signage could help encourage everyone to do their part in keeping the community clean and enjoyable for all residents. From the start the leasing staff was extremely helpful with setting up virtual tours for us, as we came from out of state.
