January 31, 2026My experience has been nothing short of excellent! To start, the office and maintenance staff are friendly, quick, patient, and professional. They were always welcoming and held many events for residents. The campus is loaded with trees, sidewalks, greenery, and cozy seats. The pool is beautiful and the complex is walking distance from gas stations, restaurants, a daycare, a nail spa, and a nature preserve. To add to the comforting environment, I was blessed with the kindest neighbors! ...Finally, my internal apartment space was extraordinary. I was able to land a 1 bed, 1 bath with a den for a price that I couldn‘t pass down. The apartment is incredibly spacious and exceeds everything I need in a home. I‘m only moving because I’m sizing up for my family. I will truly miss the Preserve at Mobbly Bay apartments and hope my next neighborhood can provide the same benefits. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in the Westchase/Town n Country/Oldsmar area.Property Manager Responded
