Terrible management
September 19, 2019Carpets are to be cleaned free of charge every year, it’s never done. They CONSTANTLY lose documentation on units. The online method to pay rent does not have the same service fee for all. Some pay $2/$3 more. Two years ago it wasn’t great but it definitely wasn’t as crappy as it is now. The office people change daily and the price of rent fluctuates just as often. If you can find ANYWHERE else do it! This is a last resort option to move into.Review from Apartments.com
Overall ok, but needs more improvement.
September 11, 2015The rooms are spacious and comfortable, maintenance is required frequently with issues inside.. Ex. A/C, refrigerator leaking. Trash outside always overflowing. Just needs thoseimprovements and it would be awesome.Review from Apartments.com
