June 25, 2025I have had a pretty good experience so far! Wish there were elevators lol, but other than that everything has been great. Can’t wait to live here for the next year! May 16, 2025I love living here. I've been a traveling nurse since 2008 and I've lived in 8 apartment and house rentals here in Florida. This is my third year here and that's the first time I have ever renewed a lease for a third year. The apartments are nice, I live in a one bedroom, it's small but clean and new, I have a large patio with an attached storage room and I also rent a garage. The clubhouse is nice and includes a free Starbucks coffee machine, once a month they have community gatherings with ...free food or BBQs. The community is fenced in and has a gate with a passcode or a key fob that opens the gate. The gym is nice though I haven't used it but twice. The pool is great though it's shallow, only 5 feet deep at the most and it also requires key fob access. There is a mail room and also a secure package delivery room that also has a dog washing facility. The complex is off the beaten path so you don't get people walking by from the street.Property Manager Responded
