October 28, 2025The community has been good and quiet for the most part. The pool, gym, lounge, and coffee machine are great! The staff is friendly . We have had some issues with a few palmetto bugs though we deep clean our apartment weekly. And the only other issue is that parking is scattered and hard to find in the evening at times.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2025I appreciate the whole Team of Preserve at Ridgeville especially to Jordan who is very patient in assisting me in my transition! I was surprised on how pristine the apartment and how clean the environment. I was also really touched that they prepared alot of items for me to start living in my new apartment. October 16, 2025everything is going good except for two things . the sink water has a bad smell whenever it’s set on warm or cold so i have to have the water on hot 24/7 & the ppl above us is always noisy and loud.. it’s very disruptive, disturbing and irritating.Property Manager Responded
