August 11, 2025My experience has been good so far. The only thing I am a little concerned is about the valet trash. First of all, they are not picking my trash consistently, and second they just pick one bag from the trash can. The other 2 bags stay there.Property Manager Responded

As a reminder, for Valet Living to collect all bags, please make sure they are stacked on top of one another and in the provided trash receptacle. Boxes will also need to be broken down in order for them to be collected. They do also only service the community Sunday through Thursday. If you have any additional issues with the collection of your items, please contact the office to let us know.

August 3, 2025The Preserve at Ridgeville has lots of amenities to share. Clubhouse is spacious, has TV, Internet and coffee machine to relax or get work done. There is ample parking, a car wash area, valet garbage service and walking trails. It is close by to I 26 so commuting is easy. Only downside is the entrance to your unit is from the outside not a common hall behind secure doors. Thius hallways have some accumulation of dead bugs and dirt.
