March 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMove in process was very smooth and the front office ladies were so helpful! Apartment was actually move in ready unlike other apartments I have been to. Only had one issue during move in which was the water had a funny smell but I believe it’s because the apartment was vacant for a while. Great amenities and team! the car wash station also has a vacuum, coffee machine in the clubhouse with so many choices, luxury pool, the gym has so many different options and machines, the office staff and maintenance team are kind, friendly, and do a great job! The staff and the neighbors have been very friendly and welcoming. Move in was a great experience! It was easy, fast, and efficient. My unit was clean and had no issues which made move in day so much easier! The complementary coffee machine for all residents has the best selections, it’s the best for those early mornings before work. The salt water pool is so refreshing on a hot summer day (plus it ...doesn't turn my blonde hair green because it’s SALT WATER!!) The gym is never to busy which is great for those who may have social anxiety. The car wash station for all residents has a vacuum which I love!! The community is quiet, relaxed, clean, and welcoming. So happy to be home?? 10/10 recommend choosing Preserve at Ridgeville!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

January 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comOver I really don’t have any major complaints. Quiet area, front office ladies are great and easy to work with. Maintenance is very efficient with issues. Traffic can get a lil crazy with the construction on I26. But other than that it’s a great place to call home.Property Manager Responded
