January 22, 2026I am absolutely loving it here and so thankful to be apart of the Preserve at Ridgeville community. The staff and the neighbors have been very friendly and welcoming. Move in was a great experience! It was easy, fast, and efficient. My unit was clean and had no issues which made move in day so much easier! The complementary coffee machine for all residents has the best selections, it’s the best for those early mornings before work. The salt water pool is so refreshing on a hot summer day (plus it ...doesn't turn my blonde hair green because it’s SALT WATER!!) The gym is never to busy which is great for those who may have social anxiety. The car wash station for all residents has a vacuum which I love!! The community is quiet, relaxed, clean, and welcoming. So happy to be home?? 10/10 recommend choosing Preserve at Ridgeville!Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Over I really don’t have any major complaints. Quiet area, front office ladies are great and easy to work with. Maintenance is very efficient with issues. Traffic can get a lil crazy with the construction on I26. But other than that it’s a great place to call home.Property Manager Responded
