July 13, 2025Experiences It feels like a change in management the previous personnel seemed more attentive, personable, engaged and prompt. Also, the tenant occupancy appears to be shifting. It is more noise, busyness and not as serene at times. Things can always change and I am hopeful to see somethings shift for the better (i.e. voice of the customer training, emotional intelligence, empathy, screening of applicants, implementation of expectations of upkeep of property and pets, etc.).
