Quick and Helpful Repair The Preserve on Blue Road team was quick and helpful. My washer ended up having issues because of a faulty control board. The washers had a recall on the control boards and took a little time to get delivered. Both the diagnosis trip and the repair trip from maintenance was quick and easy to set up. Poor snow removal Even after a new vendor was hired, sidewalks and parking lots are still an icy mess.... lawsuit waiting to happen when someone falls and gets hurt. Worse management of the situation that I've ever seen.

A Friendly Place to Live There are a lot of amenities here that other complexes do not have. Preserve on Blue Rd is a convenient location to reach many locations. This is a great place to start being an adult or come in as a transplant. A great “starter” place. The office is active and listens. A lot of times they have no control over what other contracted services do but I feel they follow up and address situations with them. They have a nicely appointed grounds with safety lights installed. ...
Once some trees and flowers are planted the property will be beautiful!
