Very hard to get into

Samantha in the office has been a great help in trying to get things done for me that need to be done I just wanted to say I like living here. If housekeeping could do weekly cleaning for each apartment building on time not leave too many dirty stuffs in hallway of apartment that would be better than now . Please set up lockers for each apartment building since right now when heavy windy days, apartment door got easily open by itself with a lot of bugs and leaves came into apartment building!!!Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comMy experience with President Madison apartments has been very well for me for the last 4 years years, over the last 4 years. The only thing I'm upset about is rent. Goes up $40 every yearand it's very hard to keep up with it. Since I'm on a income that is very small so it does make it hard to pay rent and food everything else. I like living here because I like the window in the bathroom in a bathtub. I love the pool the fitness center. And short distance to 711 and other than that. I like it ...because it's near the bus stop. Overprice slum
January 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comIt was okay for a while but the new property manager is horrible and the property is reflecting the change. The resident's heat is heating the hallways, so you're paying for that "community" feature. For the price, we should have microwaves, in unit laundry, new windows (they leak BAD), ventilation and cleaning in the hallways (they REEK of dirt, smoke, and stank), closet doors that fit, sink sprayers, fixed floors (the crack and creak badly), fixed security door (they never close, they are ...allowed to be propped open, and it's not safe), removal of skunks (infestation!), an upgraded gym (the TV on the machines are antenna, they can't even afford cable outside of local channels), we can't hang out in the community center without reserving it (the new property manager yelled at me for it on a Thursday around lunch. Like, miss ma'am, have a seat, and it's a community feature). I'm leaving this janky place as soon as this lease is up. Run far from Gordon Begin owned Beztak managed properties.
