Great office help and maintenance (Richard)
February 12, 2025My experience with President Madison apartments has been great. They take good care of the grass and take care of the salt and it's a very good job. Samantha in the office has been a great help in trying to get things done for me that need to be done I just wanted to say I like living here. The accommodations are great, the office staff is phenomenal. Maintenance is great, too. And I enjoy living here, it's a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

November 14, 2024This apartment has quite environment around a lot of facilities and entertainments. If housekeeping could do weekly cleaning for each apartment building on time not leave too many dirty stuffs in hallway of apartment that would be better than now . Please set up lockers for each apartment building since right now when heavy windy days, apartment door got easily open by itself with a lot of bugs and leaves came into apartment building!!!Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2024My experience with President Madison apartments has been very well for me for the last 4 years years, over the last 4 years. The only thing I'm upset about is rent. Goes up $40 every yearand it's very hard to keep up with it. Since I'm on a income that is very small so it does make it hard to pay rent and food everything else. I like living here because I like the window in the bathroom in a bathtub. I love the pool the fitness center. And short distance to 711 and other than that. I like it ...because it's near the bus stop. Because I'm no longer able to drive and it's a very nice place to live.Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2023Just don’t move here! It’s not worth the price! Leasing manager isn’t helpful and MH is going downhill and this place is going to be a slum soon. Overprice slum
January 6, 2023It was okay for a while but the new property manager is horrible and the property is reflecting the change. The resident's heat is heating the hallways, so you're paying for that "community" feature. For the price, we should have microwaves, in unit laundry, new windows (they leak BAD), ventilation and cleaning in the hallways (they REEK of dirt, smoke, and stank), closet doors that fit, sink sprayers, fixed floors (the crack and creak badly), fixed security door (they never close, they are ...allowed to be propped open, and it's not safe), removal of skunks (infestation!), an upgraded gym (the TV on the machines are antenna, they can't even afford cable outside of local channels), we can't hang out in the community center without reserving it (the new property manager yelled at me for it on a Thursday around lunch. Like, miss ma'am, have a seat, and it's a community feature). I'm leaving this janky place as soon as this lease is up. Run far from Gordon Begin owned Beztak managed properties. Avoid at all costs
October 21, 2022I could go on and on about the issues with this place... I won't go into too much detail as I am living here currently and can genuinely see the leasing staff coming after me for it... The unit itself is nice, but communication from the leasing staff is absolutely terrible. My apartment had issues so I was unable to move in, but still had to pay for the days since when I picked up my keys, which counted as "moving in." My apartment has pretty frequent, minor repairs pop up. Luckily, they hired ...new maintenance which has been ok. Be advised that the rent does not include anything, so you have to pay for water, trash removal, sewage, and gas on top of already paying for electricity. It adds up. The "onsite laundry" is a singular washer and dryer in the poorly lit, sketchy basement that- you guessed it!- you also have to pay to use it... I will be moving out promptly when my lease is over. I have lived in places where I paid much less rent with AMAZING management in college. This is unacceptable. Stay away!Property Manager Responded
