This apartment is the worst. They make u park the way they want. They harassed me for park backwards but yet they have other vehicles parked the same way! Which doesn’t make sense. They say is the fumes that they breath because is parked backwards and they leave the windows open. Which is stupid because the fumes are in the air doesn’t matter how one parks. Your still breathing it.

No security deposit back!

Been here for 5 years and had issues with one of the neighbors and was told to move in January. I moved the end of February paid my rent and cleaned the apartment so I can get my security deposit back. They didn’t give me anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s nice but the landlord is rude and nasty.

Moved in 6 months ago and couldn't be happier.... I lived in smaller apartment complex in the past and was worried that this might be too big with too many neighbors but I worried for nothing!! my 1 bedroom is perfect for me and the neighbors are great. The office girls are so kind and the man that cleans the grounds is always super nice and happy. best place to live!!!!

I recently had my fridge stop working and when I called the office was closed so I did was I was suppose to do and called the emergency line and left a urgent message. I did not get a call or response back that night. So I called in the morning and they sent someone over but by then all my milk cheeses hummus etc was spoiled. I did not get a apology or any kind of concern. because of the obvious lack of urgency I had to throw away my food that I work so hard to provide to my child. Stay away from ...

Sorry about some of the items in your refrigerator spoiling. Generally speaking, refrigerated items are good for quite a few hours if the refrigerator is kept closed. The good news is that most renter's insurance policies will generally reimburse a client for spoiled food. Hope you took advantage of that.

When I first moved into the Presidential Court Apartments, I was happy. The previous owners were professional, courteous, respectful. The rental rates were decent and the property manager was capable. The maintenance crew were courteous and skilled. However under the new management, there has been a complete change in operations. The property manger is rude, loud, disrespectful, dismissive, demanding and completely dishonest. The maintenance crew drives and parks in their cars in the courtyard ...
grass. Having zero regard for the tenants. They claim to have upgraded their units, which is a flat out lie because the windows are old and extremely dated. During the winter the apartment is drafty. You once had the ability to control your heat. However, now the heat when turned on high, will never go past 68 - 70 degrees. With the drafty windows and doors, you will find yourself having to wrap up during the winter months.

Please people do not be scammed into moving here! They are trying to lease these apartments for more than what they're worth! You can't trust these people with fixing anything. The apartments are infested with spiders, silverfish and MICE! They have exterminators come out but whatever they spray is ineffective. At that point the office does nothing and leaves you hanging with no resolution. Very disgusting. You can't even trust these people with your payments and money! They refuse to give a ...
tenant they're ledger of payment history and you better hope they post your payments on time. If you deal with these people please keep a record of every payment because they will screw you. Even put maintenance and any complaints on tickets because they like to say oh we'll put a ticket in for you then later say you never requested help. Very shady and unprofessional people here. They do not take care of the apartments or tenants but want top dollar for their units. It's very sad and embarrassing property for Runnemede and it's residents that have lived in the town for so long.

Very Loud Kids

I recently moved in the area , the location is great, the apartments are beautiful and spacious and the price is affordable. Unfortunately, my apartment building is full of loud kids, screaming, crying, blocking the apartment entrance and slamming doors all day. My front yard looks like a playground, because the neighbors kids gather in front. Some neighbors just don't respect your private space.

This is an interesting complex. I'm in the front so my neighbors are quiet, the grounds are clean and there are no children in my unit. The price is great, the closet space is generous, the bathroom window is a nice feature, and our property manager is pleasant. The two gentleman who do maintenance are also very helpful and pleasant. As a bonus, we got brand new carpet in the entire unit before we moved in. However, since this is an older complex, it does not have central heating and air ...

They will pretty much let anyone in here. The rent is cheap and they accept HUD so you do not get the best neighbors. My courtyard in particular is filled with bratty, loud, obnoxious kids that mess with your laundry in the laundry room and run around the courtyard screaming all day and all night (until about 10:00 pm or so).
