Avoid Presidential Point - Numerous Issues & Unfair Practices
July 26, 2025My experience at Presidential Point has been extremely disappointing, culminating in an unfair attempt by CRP Property Management to charge me for pre-existing elevator issues. During my recent move-out, I was unfairly accused of damaging an elevator and am being billed for repairs, despite unclear instructions and the elevator's documented history of frequent breakdowns. This seems like an attempt to pass their maintenance costs onto residents. Beyond this incident, the building itself has ...significant structural and soundproofing problems. The entire building, including my unit, shakes heavily every time a truck, train, or commuter rail passes by – this is a constant and disruptive issue, especially when you try to sleep. Furthermore, the soundproofing is virtually non-existent; you can hear every single noise from the unit above, making it impossible to have a peaceful living environment. Overall, the living conditions are poor, and the property management's approach to issues is unsupportive and places undue burden on tenants.
