The leasing agent was kind, friendly, and professional. She even went out if her way to help me wrap up a few final details for my move. The Maintenence staff help deliver my washer & dryer. The very next day he came to install them both. The neighborhood is quiet & tucked away, but still very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping stores. However, only a 10 minute drive to the river for fishing.

Moved here a few months ago and so glad I chose them. Preston has the most amazing and FRIENDLY staff you could ever imagine. Karen and Lori will greet you by name with a smile and a wave as they scoot around the property. Scott and Steve are a joy to interact with. You can tell they are a tight knit team and listen to your concerns and bend over backwards to help to the best of their abilities.

I can't speak enough about the staff....Karen is the most amazing person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to make your move in experience a good one. I’m confused to read some of the reviews. From my first interaction I’ve have nothing but a great experience. They bend over backwards to accommodate us. I do hear what a nightmare the previous owner and management team was but it’s hard to imagine. The new team must have been handed a nightmare. Kudos to them for turning it around.

After reading several reviews all over the internet, I find that the previous management must have been a sheer nightmare. The new team in place has been awesome to work with from the initial contact, touring the renovated grounds, to the actual move in process. Is this a new property, no. But the girls in the office make it a pleasure to communicate with and a joy to sit and visit. Oh yea...complimentary coffee and snacks!
