June 13, 2023Unfortunately I have not been able to living in my apartment, while paying for it, due to the neighbors marijuana smoke coming in to my apartment and permeating everything I own; while pregnant and caring for a newborn. The staff have not offered any real solutions. I have washed clothing 3 times to get the smell out & furniture/ mattresses have a strong odor.Property Manager Responded

Disappointing Experience
May 3, 2023When we first signed the lease we were very excited about moving into this apartment given the location and overall appearance. However, our time since then has been way less than what we hoped for. From the beginning, the apartment had a slight smell of old cigarettes. Also, our apartment's master bathroom has been under construction and unfinished for over 4 months. Each time we communicate this with management they send maintenance to work on it for maybe a day's worth of time then never come ...back until we bring it up again. It appears there is no plan in place to really fix the problem without us mentioning something. Meanwhile we have been paying our full rent each month as any discussion of a reduced rate for inconvenience is immediately brushed off or flat out ignored. If you are lucky enough to have an issue free experience here then I believe it will be an enjoyable time. However, when issues arise communication is definitely lacking.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2023I absolutely love the amenities, area, and staff at this complex! It is a friendly atmosphere and you can smile and wave to all of your neighbors. The staff responds quickly and treats you like family! These apartments are located in the perfect locale with just a short drive to both Bowling Green and Perrysburg. Rats roaming the dumpster areas
