Unfortunately I have not been able to living in my apartment, while paying for it, due to the neighbors marijuana smoke coming in to my apartment and permeating everything I own; while pregnant and caring for a newborn. The staff have not offered any real solutions. I have washed clothing 3 times to get the smell out & furniture/ mattresses have a strong odor.

When we first signed the lease we were very excited about moving into this apartment given the location and overall appearance. However, our time since then has been way less than what we hoped for. From the beginning, the apartment had a slight smell of old cigarettes. Also, our apartment's master bathroom has been under construction and unfinished for over 4 months. Each time we communicate this with management they send maintenance to work on it for maybe a day's worth of time then never come ...
back until we bring it up again. It appears there is no plan in place to really fix the problem without us mentioning something. Meanwhile we have been paying our full rent each month as any discussion of a reduced rate for inconvenience is immediately brushed off or flat out ignored. If you are lucky enough to have an issue free experience here then I believe it will be an enjoyable time. However, when issues arise communication is definitely lacking.

Rats roaming the dumpster areas
