No Amenities
January 6, 2023We moved in end of August, dumpsters are at the bottom of our stairs & one has no lid, there is no landscaping, no community room access, no communities events, no fire pit, no grills, and the pool is supposed to be heated, but it was closed early so no way of knowing if this is true or not. Since Gracie, the manager left in September it’s been a ghost town. We’re so sorry we chose Preston lakes. The only reason we gave a 2 is because of the size of our apartment and it has a 2 car attached ...garage,Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 16, 2022I was one of the first residents to move in, and anything I needed was taken care of. It was my first apartment and Gracie (property manager) made sure I understood the entirety of the lease and how to make my payments! The maintenance people fixed things in a timely manner.
