I have been a resident of Preston Peak for 10 years. I love it here. For the size apartment that you get even though it’s an older property, it has really great features and my neighbors are really nice. Pest control is top-notch. The maintenance staff is also incredible. They always address our needs in a timely manner. The office staff is incredible.

I love living at Preston Peak Apartments. It’s a quiet place. It feels safe and secure maintenance stays on top of things if there’s an issue and I asked for it to be resolved it’s always taken care of promptly. It’s a great community in my family loves the amenities.

Both Administration and Maintenance are caring and attentive. The maintenance team is quick to respond to needs. Orders are completed between 1-2 days- which is great! Furthermore, they do a great job, are friendly, and professional. Preston Peak living is phenomenal because the team is always thinking ahead, communicating with us, and responding to our needs.

Hello, I love these people! I think the front desk staff is amazing. They above and beyond! I had a spider I. My house and they came and took it out for me because I was so scared. I appreciate their kindness and them always working with me. I’ve live there for 3 years now so I know what I’m talking about. Great maintenance team and just great apartments! 10/10

I love my Preston Peak Apts home. I have lived here 15 years, and I enjoy living here. We have many amenities such as 2 pools, jacuzzi,, trash pickup 4X a week, dog park, one covered parking etc. Parking for guests is very limited and a little cumbersome However, I still believe this is a wonderful place to call home. Come by and check us out!! Diana R
