Depreciating community
October 27, 2025Maybe good for younger person starting out. The noise levels are constant — you can hear everything through the walls and ceilings, and management doesn’t seem to care no matter how many times it’s reported. Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed (if they ever are), and the communication from the office is basically nonexistent. The parking situation is another headache — limited spaces, poorly maintained lot, and no real enforcement of rules. For what they charge, you’d expect ...better upkeep and more responsive management. Unfortunately, this place feels like they only care until you sign the lease. Would not recommend unless you’re okay with noise, slow maintenance, and unhelpful management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 13, 2019I absolutely loved living here. I lived here for over 8 years. The staff are totally amazing.I've never lived in an apartment complex that was so clean and ran so efficiently. There was always some event going on like movie night in the courtyard or Easter egg hunts that the staff hosted to encourage unity in our little apartment community. And all my maintenance needs were address quickly and resolved as soon as possible. My neighbors were always so quiet and respectful. .Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015Quiet for the most part. Close to base, Boardwalk, and other shops and grocery stores. When there is maintenance needed it does take a while for office to get issues resolved.Review from Apartments.com
