A Place to Call HOME!
February 12, 2025My husband and I moved into BPR last March. During this first year, we have had to adjust to apartment living—not easy after owning our own home. Now, we can't imagine calling any other place our home. There is so much to appreciate here: the location, the comfortable and spacious apartments that have character and garages, the neighbors, the community manager who addresses our concerns personally, and last but not least, the maintenance team. When you live in an older apartment complex, you need ...a top-notch team to help you take care of your apartment. Mandating /enforcing package service charges
March 26, 2023This year Bell Preston is mandating or enforcing to pay $5 package service charges monthly which is on top of the parcel pending subscription not sure why they want to do that, it is inconvenient service, I have lost a couple of parcels in this process rather delivering at the door step. Also, they have increased pest control services from $3 to $5 monthly which is hardly done unless been told to. They keep on adding some or other charges outside the base rent.Property Manager Responded

Nice... but must see in person.
November 11, 2022The staff is very nice and the maintenance is very quick to get things fixed. The complex is in a very nice location, easy to get to a lot of places. BUT... make sure to see the apartment in person. The exterior really is pretty nice, the folks in the complex are all ranges of ages. The interior is much better in the pictures and the appliances are pretty dated. Also, if you're in the units facing the parkway be warned, between 7:30-8pm its pretty busy and noisy, with the random cars with people ...compensating for their short comings blasting by. If you're the type to have your windows open at night, you definitely should look towards the interior of the complex. Its loud enough we knew we had to move after moving in from out of town. Also, from our experience, after moving in, it was a series of fixes of things that were not done before we moved in.Property Manager Responded
