Worst apartment complex to live in. I advise looking at any other apartments in hickory before you consider this place. They have mold issues in every building, management is incompetent, unable to resolve issues, unprofessional, unresponsive, and much more. I advise you to stay far away. Very over priced for rushed work.

I have lived here for a while now and I have always loved the apartments and how clean and nice they are kept. Recently with some new tenants, the apartments seem dirtier and people are following the rules less and less. Dog poop is piling up, people are smoking on balconies, and there are people parking in handicap when they can’t get a spot they want. It is sad to see people taking advantage and making the apartments less and less beautiful. The staff is friendly and maintenance is clearly ...
