May 10, 2026I moved in , expecting a clean apartment, I move into a maintenance man who is sanding a wall, he leaves , all the paint, sand and dust in floor. The floors are all dirty, need mopping, dead roaches all over the floors, ice maker in fridge is broken, it rattled all night long, and toilet seat is broken. Multiple calls and texts to website there was no response. So hopefully new tenants in the future won't have to go through what I had to deal with today. Fix your problems.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2026I’ve lived here in the past. May years ago. I’m happy to be back. Very quiet and everyone is super nice. Management is easy to contact when needed. February 24, 2026I moved here 2 weeks ago the community is nice but the apartment was not that much good I came with toilet leaks loose seats, the floor was torn , and much more I put maintenance request so many times and even I went to the office but they always said today they will come and that’s really frustratingProperty Manager Responded

January 19, 2026Contact with the leasing office and maintenance is almost non-existent. The apartment is in mediocre shape - leaking showerhead, very limited hot water, DIY “fixes” to the kitchen cabinets, etc… However, so far, staff here are extremely friendly and sweet.Property Manager Responded
