January 19, 2026Contact with the leasing office and maintenance is almost non-existent. The apartment is in mediocre shape - leaking showerhead, very limited hot water, DIY “fixes” to the kitchen cabinets, etc… However, so far, staff here are extremely friendly and sweet.Review from Apartments.com

November 29, 2025My experience has not been the best the neighbors above me are extremely noisy and I have complained to the management. I have been here 1 week yesterday and I have had work orders for hot water and heating request and the issue still hasn’t been solved after hours maintenance has been to my unit and I have to switch breaker back and forth for heating in stead of the breaker box being replaced along with the breaker.Review from Apartments.com

October 2, 2025The apartment they rented me was roach invested. I had to pay for 5 days and could not move in. I also had to pay for 5 days of electric.
