March 11, 2026I’ve lived here in the past. May years ago. I’m happy to be back. Very quiet and everyone is super nice. Management is easy to contact when needed. February 24, 2026I moved here 2 weeks ago the community is nice but the apartment was not that much good I came with toilet leaks loose seats, the floor was torn , and much more I put maintenance request so many times and even I went to the office but they always said today they will come and that’s really frustratingProperty Manager Responded

January 19, 2026Contact with the leasing office and maintenance is almost non-existent. The apartment is in mediocre shape - leaking showerhead, very limited hot water, DIY “fixes” to the kitchen cabinets, etc… However, so far, staff here are extremely friendly and sweet.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2025My experience has not been the best the neighbors above me are extremely noisy and I have complained to the management. I have been here 1 week yesterday and I have had work orders for hot water and heating request and the issue still hasn’t been solved after hours maintenance has been to my unit and I have to switch breaker back and forth for heating in stead of the breaker box being replaced along with the breaker.Property Manager Responded
