    Mold & mice infestation! It has been a nightmare trying to deal with the problems we’ve had the last year and a half. The bottom floor apartments have heavy mold according to our neighbors who have even brought it to their attention and nothings been done. The middle and top floors all have reported mice infestations. We even called the health department who called the main office and were told that no formal complaints have been filed when we know 7 out of 12 units in our building have filed ...

I know that they didn't run them because they said I was denied but refused to tell me why. They are obligated to give you that information. Also, I was approved soon after by places that did more thorough background and reference checks. Also, people that I listed as references and past landlords, employers, etc maintain that they were never contacted. I suggest that ...
