May 23, 2025This place stinks constantly, the apartments are cheaply made but rent is high, just overall disgusting. Only good thing is that its close to campus.Review from Apartments.com

May 6, 2025After almost one year, I consider Prime Place has become a good place for my student life here in Lincoln. Since it is close to college, it is a great time-saving advantage. I already renewed the contract, however, one drawback is the fact that the price increased by more than $50. The amenities are not the best ones, in comparison to other student housing, but it is not a problem if one is not looking for something special. I still think that an elevator is necessary, above all, for those ...residents on the upper floors. On the other hand, I think that the maintenance services are really fast and well done. I like the fact that the bathroom is bigger than in other residences, and the bedroom floor is wood and not carpet. Overall, Prime Place is a good place to stay if one wants a quiet neighborhood and to spend most of the time inside the apartment without outside noise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 19, 2025We recently had an Easter egg hunt that was fun! I also like being able to exercise in the fitness room on the fourth floor! It’s also nice to get to talk with the staff membersReview from Apartments.com

February 13, 2025The only bright spot about this complex is Jeremiah, the lovely maintenance man. There are imperfections everywhere in the construction of the place, the flooring is peel and stick vinyl that wasn't even done properly, and the management is not particularly great at following through on their promises without you having to remind them for weeks. That being said, the rent is decent and it is pretty close to campus.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2025I have been here for almost 4 years. I have had no problems when AC needed to be fixed. It was fixed. One of my dishwasher needed parts fixed. It was fixed in a timely manner when my fridge went out. I got a new fridge within a week they get maintenance orders done within two days of putting them in. They gave you 24 hour notice. I don’t know what else you would want from an apartment complex. It’s worth the price to me at leastReview from Apartments.com

January 18, 2025I find this place to be very fun, and its accessibility to UNL campus is great! Also, they have free coffee if you go into their office during their office hours :)Review from Apartments.com

January 12, 2025Prime Place is a good residence for UNL students because it is near the City Campus (only a 15-minute walk) and located at the entrance of a quiet and calm neighborhood. The staff is always nice and helpful. One of my favorite things is that the bedroom and bathroom are larger than in other apartments for students. However, there is no elevator which reduces the ease of moving. The community spaces need more care and attention, they could be potentially renovated. It is important to mention that ...the price is also affordable and usually cheaper than other residences. Considering all, I think it is a choice that I would take again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 15, 2024The one thing I absolutely love is how easy it is for maintenance to fix my stuff. Jeremiah and Grant are the best! Love seeing the staff and friendly faces all the timeReview from Apartments.com

September 18, 2024I find the staff to be very friendly and welcoming, and I enjoy being within walking distance for all of my classes! If you like football, you may enjoy being close to the UNL stadium. If not, I would say that the game nights are not as disruptive as I thought they would be: I don't really notice too much unless they shoot fireworks, and they don't shoot too many fireworks.Review from Apartments.com

September 15, 2024It’s a prime location next to the stadium. it’s a great view as well. It hurts not to have an elevator but there are more important things like convenience to campus that this place checks the box on.Review from Apartments.com
