Minors living at the apartment with their parents or guardians are exempt. If you are applying with a cosigner or cosigners, their Administration Fee will be $100.00 per cosigner instead of $300.00. If you are not approved for the apartment, the $150 down-payment will be refunded to you; if you are approved, it will be applied towards the Administrative Fee, with the remainder due when you sign your lease. However, if you decide to cancel your application, you will forfeit the $150.00 down-payment.
