  • Not Worth It.

    There is always something that needs fixed here. It’s an old property, and the “renovations” are very low quality with cheap cover ups. My apartment was filthy on move in and I had to deep clean it myself. The laundry room is always gross and washer and dryers are constantly broken and dirty. No amenities. Cheap appliances. Not worth the price at all.

      I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied. We have invested a lot of time and money into our renovations including brand new roof with a complete tear off, Hardy-board siding, secured entry doors, new counter tops, LVP flooring, brand new appliances from Lowes, a completely remodeled laundry facility and then some. We would've been happy to discuss alternative options with you if you weren't happy with your apartment. We pride ourselves on our different level of renovations with the mindset of having something for everyone. We would love for you to contact us to discuss your grievances so we can hopefully do better in the future. Thank you!

  • Great Place to Live

    Have lived here 5 years. Have never had any issues. It’s a very quiet complex. Grounds are always maintained and look nice and theres a grassy area in the back with a play fort with some swings and a slide. They have done quite a few upgrades recently including new doors and windows, updated laundry room and new blacktop. Close to many stores, restaurants, I-675, MVS hospital and magic castle for the kids

  • Cozy Quiet Apartments

    I have lived here since April 1 of 2022 and adore this apartment complex. It's in a very wonderful part of town. It's in close proximity to multiple grocery stores and TONS of restaurants. All the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The apartment complex is quiet and cozy. They update the apartments and building frequently to keep it looking in tip top shape. They also have a little park out back with a couple swings and slide for kiddos.

    The apartment has enough amenity and big storage room. It is very close to the shopping center like Costco, Walmart, Target and also close to the highway like I-675. There are lots of restaurants around. The neighbors are friendly. The maintenance is on time. You would enjoy this comfort apartment.
