I've been living here for four years and have seen the property go through some positive changes. I recently moved to an newly renovated apartment, and it's quite pleasant. The location is good, and although there are occasional trains passing by, it's generally quiet. I'd recommend this place for sure.

This is our second lease we started in the square and moved into the town homes. The location of the apartments is great right in the middle of town close to down town and plenty of stores and restaurants! The property manager Jenn is amazing!

been here less than a year & we are counting down the days until our lease is up! I feel I must warn everyone, cause we had no idea. Management uses their leaf blower between 8:00-9:00 AM every morning. It's extremely loud and right outside our bedroom window. I told them it wakes my whole family up every morning & their response was basically too bad. The leaves arent even falling anymore, but it's mandatory routine. Very inconsiderate to their current Tennant's & they don't take complaints ...
seriously. I asked that they wait until 10:00 AM, but they said no. If you move here, don't plan on sleeping in on your day off ever again.
