Great Community
April 14, 2023We moved in during the first phase of the second building. We enjoy how close we are to restaurants, grocery and of course the beach. Tina, property manger, and her team have always been great. This complex has great amenities, very nice gym, pool area, car wash station and nice big dog park. Wonderful Community
January 31, 2023Our time at Primrose has been wonderful! This truly is a great community led by a fantastic team. We have dealt mainly with Tina (Manager) but initially leased from Alanna. The team here is fantastic! Tina exudes positivity when you're around her and you can tell she truly cares about the community and the residents. This by far is the best apartment community in the area. We sort of found it on a whim when we were touring the area and were blown away by how well kept it was and all the ...amenities. You have a very nice "resort" feel at the pool area, grills, business center, very nice gym, free coffee, hammocks and the list goes on. It's surprisingly a big community with something that would fit anyone's needs from apartments, to carriage homes to brand new townhomes almost ready. It's a remarkable property from that perspective. What we've enjoyed here is the community feel. Everyone has been very friendly and neighborly, it's very quiet on the grounds and it's just been a great experience. You can rent garages as we have or there's ample parking. Grand Boulevard with bars, restaurants and shopping is a minute away. There's also a hospital down the street, grocery store, and it's five minutes to the arguably some of the best beaches in Florida. Overall awesome experience here! Beautiful Place To Live
November 11, 2022I was a bit iffy about moving into brand new construction, but this place has met and exceeded any expectations I could’ve had. Even with the bumps in the road that delayed move-in a few times, Tina took super good care of me. She still does. The lease has been signed for 3 months and the team at the front (and the maintenance guys) STILL go above and beyond for us and it’s very much appreciated. Every single neighbor I’ve met so far have been awesome too, weird right? I’ve lived in some ...craptastic places, and this one is a breath of fresh air. Trust me, you want to live here.
