January 30, 2025I have to speak on the management at this property. Their accountings is poorly kept up to the standard way of payments by tenants. But the management, some are customers assistance very much appreciated, then some are not, but the maintenance staff are also very attentive to the upkeep of the complex. The years here has been like living with a family, which gives it that feeling of family. If only I could say that the first management had this property up on a 5 stars standard, which was ...marvelous back when I first were approved by the complex. It still has the best businesses ever to shop and the school available. I must say, I believe they could use a better management.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025After my last review, the property managers responded asking me to email them directly in order to solve any issues, which I did. They repeatedly ignored my emails and phone calls for a week afterwards. I received two notices on my door after the review was posted. One was from the assistant property manager Nicole, claiming she determined my lock had been changed and was unable to access my unit, and the other that I was in violation of my rental contract due to the condition of my unit. ...They came by to inspect and determined both notices were incorrect, but it felt like retaliation after an honest review was left. It still takes maintenance anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to address issues in the apartment, so plan accordingly if things need to be tended to sooner.Property Manager Responded

A lot of people don't understand how hard your job is and I just wanted to say thank you for making my experience here peaceful. December 2, 2024I have lived here for 20 years and it's been an experience I won't soon forget.Because I've been told that this is a pet friendly community but I would have to disagree There are way too many dogs here; and some of them are prohibited breeds. We put in a complaints but these matters aren't investigated. Some of the maintenance staff are new and they do good work.The office staff, There's Ms Doris and Mr Tyran are very friendly and helpful. We have a manager but I/We have no idea who that is ...because she hasn't bothered to introduced herself or the staff or the rest of as it was done in the older times. We have some beautiful green spaces but not enough of them This is an ok place to reside but I'm looking forward to my next residence.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2024very good, spacious and I feel safe with my family. We've only been there for 1 week and we are very pleased with the place. We are very grateful for the help they gave us at the leasing office, they were very kind and the process was very easy and safe. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. November 1, 2024So far I haven’t had any huge issues since March, I do have an issue with the dogs and owners who don’t know how to handle them running in the units and barking. I can say maintenance don’t play when I put a ticket in they come immediately.
