Unprofessional

Tried to leave a half star (.5) ...but anyway the office staff are rude and the complex is overrated/overpriced. Not to mention they'll even tow the car of a paying resident ...despite the matter being a result of their unprofessionalism. Don't waste your money nor your time!

Our community does have permitted parking for ALL residents and those who are on signed lease agreements with our community. Our parking rules are strictly enforced and each resident signs our parking addendum as well as our lease agreement which provides the exact details of our parking rules and policies. Vehicles ONLY get towed if not permitted while parked in residential parking, if tags are expired, or if vehicle is deemed inoperable by our maintenance staff or our towing company. Vehicles are not towed if owners abide by our community policies.

Everything is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is very nice and clean and the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are in very good condition.
