Great Staff
July 25, 2020The property is clean and well-maintained. Our ladies Kristen and Riley in the leasing office are always doing their best to respond to all inquiries and make sure everything is taken care of (even your Amazon delivery). :) All updates/announcements are well-communicated. Any maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner by Steve and Justin. Contractors are often working on cutting the grass, trimming the bushes, shoveling the snow in winter to keep the property looking good. Things that I can not believe
June 16, 2018Today I went to that Residential because I wanted to rent a two-room apartment for my parents and me and the person who answered me says that a two-bedroom apartment can not be available for three people. Can this be possible? I had never heard something like that before. I felt very bad.Review from Apartments.com
Clean and Safe
September 24, 2015Lawrence, MA is known for a very rough and high criminal City Northeast of Boston. However, I feel very safe at Princeton Properties and love living there for a few reasons. The economy has been very tough for many people and there isn't enough affordable housing, but I'm glad that even though it's a little tough to pay the rent and other bills, I live in a gated community where there are 6 buildings, the grounds are clean, the office is very responsive when there is an issue, the hallways and ...common areas are always clean.
