June 8, 2025Maintenance guys are great, however they need to be able to hire a tree service to remove multiple hanging branches -over garages- and to remove fallen branches as well. Upper management needs to allow this to happen.Property Manager Responded

March 25, 2025If you are looking for a great place to live check Prinwood Place out! I have lived here for a year and absolutely love living here. The community is quiet, very friendly and overall clean. The office staff and upper management are fantastic to work with. My townhouse is the perfect size, nicely laid out, new carpet and updated with stainless steel appliances.
