Prinwood’s place in Portage

I have lived in a three bedroom townhouse for over two years and I love the fact that we have a washer and dryer in the unit which makes it very convenient. I like the area and it’s close to the grocery stores and the highways which is great. Maintenance are very quick to respond and take care of things in a timely manner, which I appreciate. The ladies that work in the office are very nice and very helpful. I recommend the townhomes here. The only downside is the price for rent.

I’ve been wanting to move here for the past 12 years, I finally was able to.
Prinwood doesn’t disappoint. I love my townhouse with the hardwood floors, my own washer and dryer and patio.
The managers are very nice and understanding, and the maintenance guys are on top of fixes, repairs and upkeep. They do a great job.
It’s also a very quiet neighborhood, I love that even when people are outside they aren’t being loud and rowdy.
I love Prinwood!

Maintenance guys are very helpful and address concerns pretty quick. My only wish is that were more amenities here, like dog park, covered parking spaces, and updates to interior/appliances.

Good neighbors, friendly staff, lots of green space, having garage is nice for extra storage and hobbies. Quiet area too which is nice. Like being able to have 2 dogs here too

We have good neighbors, it's quiet, lots of green space for the dogs to go for walks, close to town but still country feel, lots of lakes nearby too for boating and kayak trips

Maintenance guys are great, however they need to be able to hire a tree service to remove multiple hanging branches -over garages- and to remove fallen branches as well. Upper management needs to allow this to happen.

Everyone is so kind and friendly. Everything looks clean and tidy. Maintenance crew is quick and informative. I never really liked the apartment life but living here has been pretty great

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. We have been living here for under a month and absolutely love it so far! The rooms are spacious, and includes many closets for storage that we love.
