  • Mold Issues in entire complex, management doesn't care.

    We originally moved in around March 2026 because we love the location; the apartment layout; and we had a really positive interaction with Nic at the leasing office. Since we moved in, we found serious issues with mold inside of our apartment. The complex cannot remember the last time they powerwashed their buildings and the windows have been improperly installed, meaning the drainage tracks cannot be cleaned. When we've raised the issue, Cameron with the management office has repeatedly ...
    stonewalled us and refused to acknowledge the issue. It's gotten bad enough that we have baking soda always laying in our windows and we had to seal off some of the windows and surfaces with plastic. Yet Cameron has refused to act, taking weeks to send out vendors to do tests utterly irrelevant to the issue at hand. Stay out of this place.

    Had the opportunity to get a tour with David twice now and they have been super helpful along the way. Finding an apartment has been difficult due to a lot of places not returning calls or messages but I’ve always heard a response from the leasing office.
