January 15, 2023He lived in this place for two years, at first a dream, then a nightmare. The maintenance supervisor does not know how to deal with people. Take pictures before you move in, they take out hidden damages that don't detail them unless you do an investigation, don't trust them when they tell you everything is fine, take pictures before you move in. They never have parking and are understaffed. It is in a strategic area.Property Manager Responded

Gone down hill fast and kids run free at all hours
September 29, 2021The place has rapidly gone downhill and sad to see. Weeds growing knee high in front of units and around utility boxes etc. No mulch at all for awhile now, just sand and many dying plants that the property use to keep up. Parking is near impossible at times. Lawn care has become a joke with patches of grass missed, weeds, worse job ever seen by a lawn care company. Pool area has weeds growing all over and trash as well as unsupervised kids/teenagers. Noise and vandalism has become a more recent ...issue with a lot of unsupervised kids and teenagers running around at all hours unsupervised. Fast food trash blowing down the complex like tumble weeds. It use to be nice here, but quickly went downhill.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
First impression horrible customer service
July 3, 2021Had an appointment to view a unit. Arrived 15 minutes early after driving 45. Arrived at Promenade at Aloma and the lady at the desk says when it’s raining we don’t do yours. I asked her why would she. Or call and cancel my appointment instead of allowing people to drive all the way to the property and not be allowed to view the property. Mind you it was not raining hard at all and it rains everyday in Florida. If this is how customer service is provided I’ll find another community to call home…Review from Apartments.com
