    Right now the experience is fine. After the new management team can see some changes. Providing some good terms on the leases. Would likely to prefer the renewal. Also expecting some good community events more so it feels like a community.

    Wish the service and amenities were better for the price being paid for the apartment. Packages are a mess with the Luxer lockers. Doors don’t work

    Maintenance is the best. Apartment ownership change is making the experience for residents time consuming, cost $$ for things unrelated to us a tenured residents but rather because changes out of our control, and confusing. Understand the apartment is likely improving though in the long run. Just not ideal because the process for tenants is drawn out rather than a one time, take action, process.

    It was a very good experience for me till 2024. Due to change in managements I feel that they are loosing a positive things that should be done. And the cleanliness of the community is getting worse day by day. Not conducting any community even after telling this feedback multiple times.

    The walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything around you, neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. We had roaches when we moved in and had to get the exterminator twice to treat the whole apartment. The parking garage is super full so good luck getting a spot near your closest entrance without paying for a reserved spot. Dogs barking all the time. The street noise is loud even with windows closed. The internet router is set up in the closet of the master bedroom which is extremely ...
    inconvenient and we get terrible internet service in the second bedroom (which is supposed to be our office). I like the layout of our apartment and the kitchen has good storage. However the cabinets and drawers are so cheap and multiple of our were broken upon moving in. I do like how close this complex is to the restaurants around lake Carolyn and the Toyota music factory. That’s pretty much it.

    The experience was good previously but in recent times the quality and the standards has come down drastically. Not a great support from the leasing staff. Less Maintenance of surroundings. No community events. The team needs to review their approach in connecting to the residents.

    Management does not enforce community rules and takes no accountability in ensuring the promised living experience. Noise violations are ignored and facility, in particular the parking garage, breaks constantly and management will force residents to park the cars in very far off site parking lots in high crime areas with 0 compensation.

    I have lived here 4 years July 31, 2025. I had asked for the mud to be fixed next to my patio for 3 years! It was not fixed until this spring/summer. Astro turf was put on each side. Finally…thank you!

    I rated 3 stars du to the lack of urgency from management when it comes to safety of the building. The front doors are always left unlocked and any of the other doors either do not close properly. Currently the door leading to the mailboxes is broken and left often for anyone to enter.
