Under New Management and it’s Not Good
January 14, 2024We moved in to our apartment about five months ago and absolutely loved the apartment and management. Shoutout to Olympia! Since the complex was acquired by a new management company things have gone downhill fast. Our community is no longer gated as one entry gate has just been propped open for months. One of the non-vehicle entry gates was broken a couple weeks ago, unsure if it has been fixed. Parking is no longer monitored so it’s out of control. The smoke alarm in the apartment next to us ...has been chirping for two weeks. My husband has called twice to notify management. The woman he spoke with was incredibly unfriendly and very short with him. She basically told him there’s nothing they can do. This place is such a disappointment. Under new management - things have changed
December 8, 2023I've lived here almost 2 years and loved it until just recently, when new property management Capital Square Living came along. The rental agent is borderline rude - very short, not at all like the former front desk agent. We used to be able to email the leasing office and the property manager directly, but now it goes to some unmonitored mailbox at rentcafe that they only use to send out notifications. The secured gate has been propped open for several weeks, dog poop everywhere, and parking is ...no longer monitored and managed - residents curb parking, illegally parking in handicapped spaces. Nice place to live except for parcel/mail delivery
November 29, 2023This isn't a review of the building itself -- very well kept, not pristine, but very well kept, quiet, and everyone pretty much minds their business. It was recently taken over by a new property management company and despite the fact the receptionist could be a little nicer, it is what it is. My issue has to do with the local post office not delivering expected mail and parcels of items ordered. I was waiting for a credit card over the summer and never received it despite the creditor sending it ...to me multiple times. The second time I had an issue with delivery was just this week when I ordered a very expensive sweater from Nordstrom that was never delivered to me despite the store sending a confirmation notification. Just a word of warning if you intend to rent an apartment here. Rent a PO Box or find an alternative way to get your mail/parcels.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The gates never work properly and Ive been here for 6 months almost and they have never been working more than a day. June 15, 2021The management team are absolutely wonderful! I moved from Pennsylvania to here one month ago. I was unable to see the apartment myself. A dear friend that lives locally spoke with the management team and I was able to see the apt on video. It was a huge concern me being so far and not able to talk to the management team in person and have to rely on a video to make a huge decision about the apartment.
