We toured 8 apartment communities in the lake city area.... This was the best unit for size, price, convenience, and service. The new manager here is amazing always happy, getting things cleaned and organized. Free K cup coffee every morning during the week. So many cute and friendly dogs. Maintenance is on it...It all gets fixed ASAP.... I love Promenade

July 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment complex itself is very nice, but the surrounding area is very not nice. Several low-income apartments are across the street. A few months after I moved in a woman was mugged literally in front of my living room window. There was a major police raid just the other week where they actually blocked off several blocks. No one was allowed in or out as they tried to apprehend 5 suspects in a shooting. People in the other buildings frequently play very loud music in their cars with heavy ...bass at all hours of the day and night. I'm a runner and I stopped running because I don't feel safe outside in this area.Read More
