From the 12’ high ceilings, original hardwood floors in all common areas, exposed brick in many units, stainless steel high efficiency appliances, washer/dryer in each apartment, prewired for Comcast, oversized modern kitchens and bathrooms. Each apartment has a unique view. Lots of natural light, granite counter tops and oversized windows. Our former manual elevator has been replaced with a modern automatic elevator for your convenience. This is truly a special opportunity, not your run of the mill apartment. You deserve the best! Propper View is located in the very heart of the Manayunk district offering unique shops, restaurants and night life. Walk the Manayunk Canal Tow Path, jog or bike thru town, take the Septa train to Center City (30 second walk from our door), off street parking is just a short sixty second stroll. We offer extra storage for your personal belongings and secure bike storage in the lower level. Bikram Yoga, Never Give Up personal training and Palm Tree Market and Deli are located on the 1st floor of the building. Our one bedroom deluxe apartments are $1395.00 to $1595.00.
