The buildings are new and mostly fine. The problem is trash, and how management responds to being told about it. The dumpsters overflow every single weekend and have for months. Bags pile up on the ground, raccoons live in the enclosures, rats run around them at night, and pet waste rules are not enforced. complicated than just adding a dumpster.” The valet trash service residents pay for skips pickups often enough that we regularly bring garbage back inside after it has sat in the heat.
I have complained in writing since March 6, again on March 28 and April 20, and formally escalated to the Community Manager on May 27, with more since. The replies say it is being worked on. Nothing has changed.
Then it escalated. Last weekend no dumpster had room, so I emptied my truck bed, moved the toolboxes and boxes into the seats of our other car, and hauled our own trash off the property myself. On August 12, management publicly replied to my review saying these areas are actively monitored and serviced on a regular schedule. About two hours later, a 24-hour tow notice was on that car, calling it inoperable and improperly stored. The tag is registered to our apartment and nobody contacted us. I started it and drove it off the property that evening, on video. I have requested the regional manager’s contact information in writing and will be following up in person.
I will update this review if the situation is fixed. Until then, this is the situation.

Thank you for your feedback. Your concerns regarding the community’s trash services have been discussed with you directly, including with our Regional Manager.
We also want to clarify that the 24-hour vehicle notice was completely unrelated to any complaint or review. At the time the notice was issued, the vehicle appeared to be inoperable or improperly stored and was not registered in our system, which is why our team did not have information connecting the vehicle to a specific apartment. The notice provided 24 hours to correct the issue before any further action would be taken. The vehicle was moved, and no tow occurred.
Our team continues to monitor and maintain the community’s trash areas and address service issues as they arise. Your concerns have been received and documented, and we remain available to discuss them further if needed.
