    There are a lot of issues. Firstly, we are in the middle of a millipede infestation right now, they are literally all over the apartment complex and come out of everywhere. There is not enough parking anymore and usually I find parking really far from my apartment. There are cats all over the parking lot and usually in the trash area by the dumpsters. The pool has a bunch of bugs in it. The management is not good - they do not respond to emails, even though they say "don't hesitate to reach out!" ...
    Also the flooring sucks - right after I moved in, I noticed the flooring coming up and called maintenance. They straight up told me the apartments are built bad and the flooring is just a sticker. I also had an issue with my window and when the maintenance people came I heard them talking to each other saying "of course they put it on wrong" about my window... And also the AC is SO LOUD.
