April 16, 2026There are a lot of issues. Firstly, we are in the middle of a millipede infestation right now, they are literally all over the apartment complex and come out of everywhere. There is not enough parking anymore and usually I find parking really far from my apartment. There are cats all over the parking lot and usually in the trash area by the dumpsters. The pool has a bunch of bugs in it. The management is not good - they do not respond to emails, even though they say "don't hesitate to reach out!" ...Also the flooring sucks - right after I moved in, I noticed the flooring coming up and called maintenance. They straight up told me the apartments are built bad and the flooring is just a sticker. I also had an issue with my window and when the maintenance people came I heard them talking to each other saying "of course they put it on wrong" about my window... The entire environment is clean and neatly kept all the time from the outside to the corridors of the rooms to the other facilities.I love Prose canopy because of its competent staff, use of technology for everything with all that one needs to do as a resident are done online without being physically present. There's elelevator as a choice for those ...who do not want to climb the stairs to their apartments.
