November 17, 2025If you're looking for a beautiful complex with updated units and amenities this is it. My unit is so spacious and clean, with all upgrades you can need. For the price it checks all the boxes and has everything to live comfortably. For me personally I wish the cabinets were white instead of gray but again, preference. Would not choose again
November 3, 2025We lived here for a year and the management was really nice but they will charge you for whatever they want when you move out. We spent a full day cleaning the apartment after moving everything out of it and they still tacked on roughly 400 in “cleaning fees”. I honestly wouldn’t have cared about losing the whole security deposit to that but they also charged me $70 on top of taking the whole security deposit. Also the walls and floors are paper thin so you can always hear your neighbors above, ...below, and next to you. Pros: The people that work at the front office are usually always available and nice and the maintenance team are quick to respond to items as wellProperty Manager Responded

December 18, 2024The apartments are beautiful inside. The kitchen is well done. Plenty of cabinets and stone counters. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser. It's full size. By far the nicest I've seen. The sink has a pot filler faucet with a large sink. In unit washer and dryer. 9ft ceilings make it feel so spacious. The bathroom is huge. I even had to order a 78 inch tall shower curtain. The HVAC is the quietest I've ever heard! There are lots of parking options. Assigned covered and uncovered and even ...garages. There is a good size dog park that I see residents actually using. The city has a paved bike/walking trail accessible through the gate at the back of the complex. Everything is gated. The unit doors are all double dead bolts and we'll lit. The trash areas are well designed. There is a package locker. The area is great with endless dining and shopping close by. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help me when needed.Property Manager Responded
