The biggest issue is the office staff are absolute tyrants. They act like prison wardens and will walk into your apartment whenever they feel like it. In the shower? dont care... asleep... dont care.... they just walk in. They will say they "gave notice", there notice is "sometime next week we will walk in your apartment" never know when..... ask them not to, they get hostile. Tell them you have wife and kids at home, dont care... they will let their maintenance men walk right in your apartment ...
