January 28, 2026I have only lived at this property for about 2 weeks now, however, I love the ambiance and all the amenities it has. My place feels super spacious for just one person, and the interior designing plus the appliances my place comes with is just wonderful. My apartment never really gets super cold, even if it's freezing below 32 F outside. The staff is super nice, professional, and helpful! It's also nice to have food trucks and bonding time with the staff every now and then; it really brings the ...community and "togetherness" vibe to the property!Property Manager Responded

The apartment itself is modern, clean, and spacious. I also really appreciated how quiet and well-maintained the community is. February 13, 2025Buildings - outside of apts/halls/under stairs - are not being kept clean. I find mud, soda cans, fast food trash, Christmas decorations and even kitchen wear like forks and spoons. I try to keep my area clean but it is not my responsibility to clean up after others. This has been going on since I moved in. I hope this can resolved and maintained. February 22, 2024The Prose North West is an excellent place to live. Its amenities are kept very clean and their maintenance is kept up at all times. It gives that feeling of a house instead of apartment. I love that the traffic does not interfere with my commute to and from stores close by like TJ Max, Ross, Burlington, and the RIM.
