February 13, 2025Buildings - outside of apts/halls/under stairs - are not being kept clean. I find mud, soda cans, fast food trash, Christmas decorations and even kitchen wear like forks and spoons. I try to keep my area clean but it is not my responsibility to clean up after others. This has been going on since I moved in. I hope this can resolved and maintained. February 22, 2024The Prose North West is an excellent place to live. Its amenities are kept very clean and their maintenance is kept up at all times. It gives that feeling of a house instead of apartment. I love that the traffic does not interfere with my commute to and from stores close by like TJ Max, Ross, Burlington, and the RIM. From approval to move in my leasing agent was continuously in contact with me making sure everything was going smoothly. The community is new and nice. The location is great.
