Do not move here.
May 4, 2025We have had several problems over the past 8 months we have lived here and management/office staff has done little to nothing to implement the rules in order to keep the complex clean and peaceful for all residents. The following have been some of our issues. I have sent numerous photos and videos to the manager/office staff. 1. The amount of cigarettes and people who smoke in this complex is ridiculous. This is supposed to be a non-smoking community. I have even seen the maintenance crew ...smoking on premises behind the dumpsters. All it would take is management/office staff driving around on their golf carts to catch someone smoking it happens that often. Management has taken note of our complaints, but change has not occurred. 2. People are extremely disrespectful at the pool and behave as if it is their private pool. People have large speakers that play music so loud you can’t listen to your own music at a reasonable level or even hear the person sitting right next to you. I have lived in other apartment complexes where multiple people at the pool will have speakers all played at a reasonable level and it isn’t a problem. People also regularly have glass bottles at the pool, which is extremely unsafe. People smoking at the pool has also been an issue. I have told the front desk this and they will in the moment come out and tell them to stop smoking and help them throw away the glass bottles. However, change does not occur and the exact same thing is happening the following weekend. It is usually repeat offenders as well. Fines or evictions need to occur for reoccurring violations. 3. People have their dogs off leash. Again, if staff or management were present and active on the premises it is easy to see these issues and implement a consequence to these residents such as fines or eviction. I will say management/staff has reached out to other the residents living above us after we complained multiple times with videos of their dog wining, scratching, and banging against what sounds like a crate for hours at a time. The residents above us were also doing something that was shaking our walls and shaking items we have hanging on our walls. Management/office staff did give them a verbal warning and the noise has gotten better. Overall, this has been not been a good experience living here. I would not recommend this property due to the lack of enforcement of community rules that makes this an unsafe, unclean, and not peaceful place to live.Property Manager Responded
