February 19, 2026Although the leasing office team is very professional, it would help if they would return emails and voicemails left for calls about questions or concerns I’ve had in the past. It almost seems like they’re only ever interested in reaching out to residents if it’s regarding a lease renewal or something about pricing/payment. When I first moved in, I would get immediate responses to emails, phone calls, and voicemails for questions or concerns I had. However, I feel like now it’s impossible to get ...through to them because they are so busy and they seem very short staffed compared to when I first moved in November 2024. I’ve been starting to wonder if this has something to do with Greystar management themselves cutting back on staffing here and moving personnel to other properties.Property Manager Responded

My leasing process was fast easy and simple, Cynthia at the leasing office is so nice and very helpful! The apartments are near lots of restaurants and bars and located in a great area. September 30, 2024I like the fact that Prose Vista West Apts. is a smoke-free environment. I like the fact that maintenance request are done in a timely manner. Also, I like having Food Trucks and events in the front office are planned monthly. It boosts morale.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2024Initially the first sight was good but when I spent my first night here I was overwhelmed with all the bugs they have. The floors aren’t sealed with caulk so every night there is a new pest coming into the apartment. Apparently I share an apartment with ants and crickets. I’ve made management aware of the situation and I was told it would take too much time for them to caulk. They told me I need to buy the supplies myself and caulk my own apartment.Property Manager Responded
