This is supposed to be a smoke free property

Lived here for a bit now and im very upset that nothing has been done about the other resident above me smoking marijuana in their apartment in my building, which makes it down into our child’s room and makes the whole room,furniture, and their clothing, and connected restroom smell like a sack of weed. Be weary and ask about if they are enforcing this policy when renting.

through to them because they are so busy and they seem very short staffed compared to when I first moved in November 2024. I’ve been starting to wonder if this has something to do with Greystar management themselves cutting back on staffing here and moving personnel to other properties.

I toured this property on a Sunday due to my work schedule, it’s extremely helpful that they’re open 7 days a week. My leasing process was fast easy and simple, Cynthia at the leasing office is so nice and very helpful! The apartments are near lots of restaurants and bars and located in a great area. I rented an A2 apartment and it is very spacious, I would highly recommend it!
