It almost seems like they’re only ever interested in reaching out to residents if it’s regarding a lease renewal or something about pricing/payment. When I first moved in, I would get immediate responses to emails, phone calls, and voicemails for questions or concerns I had. However, I feel like now it’s impossible to get ...through to them because they are so busy and they seem very short staffed compared to when I first moved in November 2024. My leasing process was fast easy and simple, Cynthia at the leasing office is so nice and very helpful! The apartments are near lots of restaurants and bars and located in a great area.
