I have been residing at Prose at Ballpark Village for a little under a month and already am loving the experience. This is my first apartment and first time living on my own; and the leasing team made me feel comfortable about this new journey. The community is relatively quiet and friendly. It is the most affordable of the complexes I had toured also.

The leasing staff are friendly and professional and did well in communicating all the information that was needed for a quick and easy move in. The grounds are well kept and the place is quiet for the most part. The apartments themselves are clean, and the appliances work well. I’ve been here for about a month now and I’ve had zero issues with my stay here and it’s a place I’m happy to call home. I attribute that to a great staff and excellent community.
