May 14, 2020Love my apt which gives me a lot of space and i like the view! Staff here keep it clean and the tiled halls are beautiful. I commute but this location is great for commuting my bus comes on prospect avenue. Pretty good value for prospect ave, I am pleased with the help they are giving us right now during the virus. Poor Management
March 3, 2014This building has steadily decreased over the past 10 years... every year they raise the rent, but there is no increase in value . The gym is a joke, some old broken down equipment, the laundry always has a couple busted washers and dryers.. the parking on street is bad if you have more than 1 car for the assigned spot. although some ppl have 2 spots and a garage.. guess its who you know. hot water heater must be bad bc they are always turning it off to fix it. maintenance guys are okay but prob ...overworked. Mgmt is full of uncaring people who are only concerned to collect the rent. Pay a couple $$ more and look elsewhere. there is a high turn-over here too. every month someone is moving out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
