July 6, 2025I love the area and the layout of these apartments. The buildings themselves are fairly new-just 2 to 3 years old-and have great potential. Unfortunately, the lack of upkeep really takes away from the experience. The breezeways are consistently dirty, with thick dust and grime buildup that clearly hasn't been addressed in a while. The concrete is stained with old trash spills, and the mulch around the property is bare and messy-it doesn't reflect the quality you'd expect from a newer ...community. It's disappointing because the presentation matters. I've hesitated to invite family and friends over because the poor exterior maintenance gets pointed out every time, and frankly, it's embarrassing. November 19, 2024I absolutely love living in this community! The staff is fantastic and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. The apartment itself is wonderful—spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. However, I've noticed that some neighbors can be a bit noisy at times, which can disrupt the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, I've seen trash and debris left in the stairway and around the grounds, which ...detracts from the overall appeal of the complex. Despite these minor concerns, I genuinely enjoy my home here and appreciate the community. With a little more attention to neighborly behavior, it would be perfect!Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2024Love the apartment after being here a year. My only problem is the flies and bugs during some months in the year. Aside that, sometimes maintenance might take a few days to get to you but nothing drastic. Its a nice quiet place and its neatly kept.Property Manager Responded
