    Manager is shady, rude and unprofessional. She charges us for valet trash yet makes us take our own trash out. And she won’t give us all our money back. Don’t take your complaints to her or she’ll tell you to just move out if you don’t like it. There is no grass anymore because of all the dog poop. Manager doesn’t care that the tenants are stepping in it. AC units constantly breaking down. These are not luxury apartments.

    This place is gross. New management does nothing. She does not care about the property. There is trash, cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere! Even in the playground. It has been several months and she refuses to handle any issues. Either lies or makes up excuses. Maintenance refuses to clean any of it up. A/C Units are always breaking down. Maintenance takes forever to fix them and then do not fix them right so they have to keep coming back. This is in the middle of summer. Buy an extra AC ...

    It’s the residents, they are gross. Cigarettes in and around the pools, loud cars and music all hours, scary looking people being picked up and dropped off in vans near the gate. Definitely a trashy community. Staff is nice but have clearly given up on a clean and safe community. It’s very sad.

    We recently moved out of Prosper after being there for 13 months. I can say that a few things in other reviews are correct. The frontgate is often broke and the garbage sometimes overflows. However these are minor issues in my opinion. Our apartment was always insect free and clean. The maintenance team was outstanding. We had several issues that were handled quickly and professionally. The office staff was always eager to help any way that they could. We had no issues with car break-ins or ...

    Had an appointment to see apartment. Traveled over 10 hours to see apartment. After deciding to go with Prosper place put money down for application fee and a HOLDING DEPOSIT. Came back to original home and daily received emails pertaining to lease to push to sign. In the meantime company gave our guaranteed apartment away and gave us a different one....decided this is bad for business. Looking elsewhere!!!! Do not rent from this company!!!

So far, 1) have been locked in my apartment because the only door leading to the outside broke and I had to wait on maintenance to climb in the window (which the front office told me I wasn't allowed to do to get out). 2)Had awful, loud neighbors. 3) Had one of the office ladies tell me she could enter my apartment whenever she wants. 4.) had a TERMITE infestation back in February and still have damages from where they crawled through cracks in the windows ...
    that have yet to be fixed. 5) Had the police call me about multiple car break ins in our parking lot but the front office has yet to address the issue. 6) Received and email after 2 months of not being charged utilities that they were going to bill everyone for the backed charges even though the lack of billing was the fault of the main office. This has been a horrible experience and we cannot wait to move out. Do not move here. If you are thinking about moving here, talk with some of the residents first. Chances are you will find that not many people enjoy being here.
